AI can write fast.
Now make it write like you.
In one live session, you build a "writing like me" voice inside Claude. A system that drafts in your words, yours to keep improving, maintain, and even share. Not a prompt you lose next week. A skill you own.
AI writes fast. It just doesn't sound like you.
That is the tax nobody warns you about. The draft comes back in seconds, and it reads like an infomercial for em dashes. So you rewrite it. Every time. The words are there, but the voice is gone, and the voice was the whole point.
Better prompts do not fix this. A smarter model does not fix this. Pasting three paragraphs of "write in a friendly, confident tone" does not fix this. The fix is a voice your AI carries with it, every draft, without being reminded.
You are still the bottleneck on anything that has to sound like you. This is the session where that stops.
02 · What you buildYour voice, built as a reusable skill in Claude.
One build, one bonus. You sculpt the skill that carries your voice, live on your screen. Then we cover loops, which is how you hold that quality when the job is bigger than one email.
The Base Skill Foundation
A ready-made base skill named for you, writing-like-you. You do not start from a blank page. We start from a working skill scaffold and sculpt it into your actual voice, live, from your own writing. It stays yours to keep shaping as your writing evolves.
The Loop Template
We cover this live, and the template is yours to keep. A loop is how you hold quality when the work gets big. It drafts, scores itself against your bar, fixes what missed, and goes again until it clears. One email does not need that. A long piece does, and so does a batch of posts that all have to sound like you. Point it at your new skill and it sharpens the voice too. You bring the taste. The loop does the reps.
Built hands on in Claude Desktop or Claude Code, on the Claude Pro subscription you likely already have. Results are great in both. Nothing to program, no API to wire up. If you can follow along and paste your own writing, you can do this.
What changes by the end of the session.
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| Every AI draft gets a full rewrite before it sounds like you. | The first draft already sounds like you. The edit is a polish, not a redo. |
| Your voice lives in your head, and only you can apply it. | Your voice lives in a skill, and Claude applies it every time. |
| You paste a long "write like this" prompt and hope it sticks. | The voice is loaded once and carried into every request. |
| You are the quality bar, so nothing ships without you reading it. | The loop is the first quality bar. It scores and fixes before you see it. |
| A better result means starting the prompt over from scratch. | A better result means the loop runs again and the voice gets sharper. |
Block by block. You build the whole thing.
About 90 minutes, live, no filler. You leave with the system running, not with notes about it.
| Block | What you build |
|---|---|
| Open | Why AI sounds generic, and why voice is a skill, not a prompt. |
| The foundation | Set up the Base Skill Foundation: the base writing-like-you skill you start from, ready to sculpt. |
| Capture your voice | Feed in your own writing. Pull out the rules that make it yours: rhythm, words you use, words you never use. |
| Bonus: the loop | Why loops hold quality across bigger work. Load the template, point it at your skill, and watch it draft, score, and fix until it clears your bar. |
| Test it live | Run a real writing task off your own plate this week. Watch it come back in your voice. |
| Make it yours | Tune the bar, add a rule, break it and fix it, so you know how to keep it sharp. |
| Close | How to maintain and grow the voice as your writing evolves. |
The system in your hands, not a someday plan.
- Your own "writing like me" voice, built and working in Claude.
- The Base Skill Foundation: your
writing-like-youbase skill, sculpted into your voice and yours to keep refining. - The templates to keep, plus the replay for as long as you're a member, so you can rebuild or extend anytime.
- Bonus: the Loop Template. The loop we cover live, yours to keep, for the work too big to quality check by hand: long pieces, and batches that all have to sound like you.
- Bonus: what you need to port it. The finished voice runs in other AI too, not just Claude. Tested in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and open models.
- The skill to keep improving your voice with AI, maintain it, and share it if that makes sense, instead of starting from scratch.
That last one is the point. You are not leaving with files. You are leaving with a workflow.
06 · Why this lastsA prompt dies next week. A skill is yours for good.
Most AI "wins" evaporate. You find a prompt that works, you lose it in a chat thread, and next week you are back to rewriting. This is different by design.
You walk out owning the skill, not renting a result. From here, you use AI to keep improving it, in more ways than one, as your writing changes and your standard rises. You maintain it on your own terms. And if it makes sense, you share what you built. That is what compounds: not a trick that worked once, but a capability that stays yours.
A prompt is a one-time favor. A skill is installed leverage.
You build it once, live, and then it works for you every time you write, for as long as you keep writing.
Kent Langley. Founder, Founder OS.
Kent built the operational knowledge layer that runs under the hood for the founder-operators using Founder OS. This is the writing piece of that system: the same build-a-skill, loop-it-to-a-bar method he uses to install AI leverage, pointed at one job, making Claude write in your voice. Taught live, so you leave with it running in your own Claude.

One workshop. One session. You build your voice, live, and take the system home.
- Tuesday, August 25 · 10:00am to 12:00pm PDT · 90 minutes live
- Replay for as long as you're a member
- The Base Skill Foundation, plus the Loop Template as a bonus
- A voice built and tested against your own writing, in the room
Doors close Monday, August 24 at 11:59pm PDT.
Built for the operator who writes and wants it to sound like them.
This is for you if
- You write for the business, and it has to sound like you.
- You have tried getting AI to match your voice, and it keeps coming back generic.
- You want to be shown how, build it yourself, then run it without help.
- You would rather own a system than rent a prompt.
- You are curious about AI and done with theory. You want something working by the end of the session.
This is not for you if
- You want it done for you instead of built with you.
- You are looking for more frameworks to think about, not a tool to install.
- You cannot give one focused session to build it live.
Questions operators ask.
Do I need to be technical?
No. There is nothing to program and no API to wire up. If you can follow a live screen share and paste in your own writing, you can build this.
What do I need before we start?
A Claude account. Claude Pro is recommended so you have room to work. Bring a few samples of your own writing, the stuff that sounds most like you, and one real writing task off your plate this week.
Is this a webinar or a workshop?
A workshop. We build, live, together. You leave with the system running, not with a recording to watch later. The recording is a bonus, not the point.
Will this work for my kind of writing?
Yes. Emails, posts, proposals, newsletters, replies. The voice you build is yours, so it applies wherever you write, and you keep sculpting the base skill as your writing changes.
Do I have to stay in Claude?
We build it in Claude Desktop or Claude Code, on Claude Pro, and the results are great in both. The finished voice is not locked in. You get what you need to port it to other AI, and it has been tested in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and open models.
What if I miss the live session?
You get the replay for as long as you're a member, plus the templates, so you can build alongside the recording.
Is my writing kept private?
Yes. You build in your own Claude, against your own samples. Nothing you bring leaves your workspace unless you choose to share it.
What happens after the workshop?
You own it. You now have the skill to use AI to keep improving your voice over time, maintain it as your writing changes, and share what you built if that makes sense.
