Founder OS BUILD · Apply
For the June 3, 2026 cohort

The next fOS :: BUILD sprint starts Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

I'm capping this one at 12 founder-operators because I'm personally installing, troubleshooting, and coaching fOS with every company in the sprint. Once the twelve places are gone, this sprint closes.

This is for founders and CEOs running real companies, usually $3M to $20M, where the business works, the team is capable, and yet too much of the company still runs through one human.

You.

You've probably tried the AI tools. So has your team.

Someone is using ChatGPT. Someone else is testing Claude. Maybe there are a few clever automations floating around. Maybe one person built something useful, showed it in Slack, everyone got excited for twelve minutes, and then the company went back to operating exactly the same way.

That's the gap fOS :: BUILD closes.

In 6 weeks, we'll turn AI from scattered experiments into an operating layer your team uses to make decisions, ship work, and reduce founder bottlenecks.

By the end, you are not "better at prompting." That's too small.

You have Founder OS installed inside your company. Your business context is in the system. The skills know what to call on. The work starts moving through a shared operating layer instead of through random chats, half-written prompts, and whatever happens to be in your head that day.

This is already happening inside real companies. Catherine went from install to team rollout in 8 days. David turned a limp weekly sales report into daily operating intelligence, with neglected champions surfaced and 65 emails drafted. Magaly pulled 52 hours out of a 160-hour design phase in one morning. Different companies, different problems, same pattern: less work stuck in the founder's head.

This is not for founders who want a new toy, a prompt folder, or a clever demo for the next team meeting.

It's for the founder who has already built something real and can feel the cost of being the router for too many decisions. The team is capable. The company works. But too much context still lives in your head, and every "quick question" drags the business back through you.

If you want AI theatre, this will annoy you. If you want the thing installed into actual work, you'll feel very at home here.

Before week one, we get you installed properly. Once you apply, are accepted, and pay, you'll get an email or SMS from me asking you to book your 1-1 install with me. We aim to do that in the two weeks before kickoff. If life gets in the way, we book it into week one. Either way, you do not wander into the first session half-installed and mildly annoyed.

Weeks 1 and 2 are foundations and context. We orient you to fOS as an operating layer, then load your business into it. Identity, voice, operations, the parts of your company the system needs to know. By the end of week two, the output is yours, not generic.

Weeks 3 and 4 are skills and compounding. We work the skills library so it stops being abstract. Then we stack skills, chains, and context on a real project. A sales problem, a hiring bottleneck, a messy launch, a reporting gap, or a decision your team keeps bringing back to you. We move that work through the system instead of through your head.

Week 5 is team. We bring the team into the operating layer, stress-test the workflows, and hand off work that no longer routes through you. Week 6 is a Mystery Workshop. One full day, topic picked to compound what is already installed by week five. You leave with fOS installed, your team running, and the next layer of company leverage clear.

You get the full Founder OS forever license, so this doesn't become another rented SaaS dependency sitting on the company credit card.

You get the 6-week live BUILD sprint with me, so fOS gets installed around your company, your language, your team, and your actual work.

You get the weekly JAM sessions during BUILD, so when the system hits a messy founder problem, we don't admire the mess. We work it live.

You get the Team Leverage Unlock, so this doesn't turn you into the one person in the company who can use AI well. That's just a shinier bottleneck, and we're not building that.

You get the private BUILD library, so the install survives the live calls. Recordings, demos, and applied examples your team can revisit after the sprint.

And if the install genuinely hits a wall, we do not politely wait for the next calendar slot while everyone pretends that is fine. We fix the thing.

This pattern shows up across different companies and different kinds of operators.

Sam from Farm Owners Academy said they were playing with Claude before BUILD, but did not have a clear way to roll AI across the team. After the sprint, he described it as a shortcut to getting the fundamentals in place, something that would have taken them 6 to 12 months to figure out on their own.

Rod used fOS to move from messy strategy and production loops into faster implementation. The point was not "make another landing page." The point was shortening the distance between idea and production so the team can move at the speed the business needs.

Jack stopped wrestling generic AI output into brand voice and started getting content that was usable immediately. There are more, but you get the shape.

Different businesses. Same pattern.

Days to decisions. Less founder drag. More work moving.

There's a simple guarantee.

Complete your 1-1 install and your first two BUILD sessions. If fOS is not installed, usable, and clearly relevant to your business by then, we'll tear up the deal. You keep the system. No weirdness.

This is not a promise that AI will magically fix your business while you watch.

It is a promise that you will not be left with vague theory, tool overwhelm, or another "interesting" AI experiment that never makes it into the company. You will know quickly whether fOS belongs in your operating reality.

If you want fireworks, go watch YouTube.

If you want the thing installed, come to BUILD.

The investment is $6,000, paid in full, for the full 6-week sprint.

Step 1: Apply for one of the 12 places in the June 3 BUILD sprint.

Step 2: If it's a fit, you'll complete payment and book your 1-1 install with me.

Step 3: We install fOS together, load your first layer of company context, and walk into week one already moving.

As soon as you're in, I'll send the pre-install checklist. It shows you exactly what to gather before your 1-1 install: company context, messy workflows, example docs, and the first 2 or 3 use cases worth installing fOS around. Most founders realise pretty quickly where the real bottleneck is hiding. Small thing. Saves a stupid amount of friction before week one.
